Tom C. Hudson, CPA, P.C.

Tom C. Hudson, CPA, MTx owns and operates a CPA firm which focuses on business and individual taxes, financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. Tom has more than 31 years of public accounting experience since graduating from Furman University in 1991 with a B.A. in Accounting. Tom also has a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University.  He has worked for a regional and a local CPA firm.  Tom started his own CPA practice in Newnan in December 2001.  

He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs.  

Cynda Pierce, CPA, MBA has more than 40 years of accounting and tax experience since graduating from Kennesaw State University in 1989 with a Masters in Business Administration. She also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University.  Cynda worked for Lockheed Georgia, SunTrust Bank, Hunter House Victorian Museum, and ran her own business before returning to a public accounting firm in 2007.  She has worked with Tom Hudson, CPA, P.C. since September 2008.

Cynda is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and Phi Kappa Phi, the oldest and largest collegiate honor society.  She is a graduate of Leadership Coweta 2010.
